Cardio is one best options for burning up calories. Other than that, she would also do push-ups, squats, boxing, scissor legs, ball smash, lunges, sledgehammer swings, double band sumo, planks, and cycling. And at the end of the gym session, Ashley practices yoga for peace of mind.

Being a plus-size model, Ashley used to weigh around 230 pounds or 104 kilos before losing weight.
However, after putting in the effort, she weighs 200 pounds or 91 kilos.
